We have worked with Pedersen for several years, beginning when our longtime HVAC provider retired, and our experience has been exceptional in every respect. Most recently, we encountered an issue with an older furnace serving our upper level. Pedersen responded promptly, visiting on multiple occasions to ensure the matter was fully and properly resolved. We have been using Peterson HVAC for almost 10 years now and they continually impress. We've had them install, maintain and service our HVAC equipment, they have been the best I've worked with. Their technicians and office staff have always been professional, timely and considerate of our home. Just this week we had an issue with our system, they had a technician out the same day and repaired the issue quickly. Can't recommend this veteran-owned company enough.

Replaced our boiler with a new hvac unit, and the guys that came out were prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We also had the motherboard to the new unit go out about a year later b/c of a power surge. They came out that same day when it was Satan's front porch weather, and fixed it under warranty.
