Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as the others. He also stole money from me, never performed the service, and when I attempted to just cancel and go find another service, he refused to return it. Days turned into weeks, into months of excuse after excuse. The excuses were bizarre and didn't make sense after a while. Unfortunately, Kevin is not honest in his work. I paid him $1407.28 for a new pump on October 14th, 2023 He promised to return the next day to install. Then the series of text and phone messages. His dad died, he was sick, he apologized over and over. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would refund my money or install the pump. Over 50+ text messages until finally on Dec 30th I filed a small claims against his business and himself. At this time the hearing is set for May 17th. UPDATE: DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE. He stole $2200 from me and our clients. Just heard from a client today that he stole over $600 from him on Feb 19th 2024. He doesn't even deserve one star but I had to put it so I could post! Our family owned business, Lake Travis Pool and Spa, uses Kevin at Pedernales Pool Services for repairs and we have been very pleased with his attention to detail, communication and the speed at which he addresses the client repairs we refer to him. Thanks the help Kevin!
Paid Kevin $1000 to fix pool light. He did not complete the work and will not return calls or text messages and has stolen the money. He has always been flakey but now is stealing from his customers. DO NOT USE!
