I am beyond frustrated with this business. I called in 5 days prior to my due date to have an extension put on it for the 22nd. Mind you, I've never paid late and I've never called in for this before. Gentleman on the phone was able to help (or so I thought) and moved the payment date to the 22nd as requested.
