Super friendly staff starting with Phil the owner. Jim is great for repairs. Very knowledgeable about e-bikes. Great communication
They assembled my son’s vevor trike non electric. It is a relatively in expensive bike, but that’s what he could afford. They apparently had a difficult time putting it together because it was inexpensive. In any event, my son took it home and unlatched the folding latch and then we were unable to put it back together. We had to load it up and take it back to the shop and they kindly re-latched it and basically said that due to manufacturing Defect it should just stay latched. They were very helpful and accommodating when my husband purchased his ebike. However, when he had issues with a tire, they were not very interested in hearing his issue. Did not return his call for 3 days, and when he asked if someone could come to our home to fix it, they would not do it. We have no way of getting the bike to them. My husband is disabled and really relies on his bike to get around. Total for the bike was $3100, and he feels they should have much better customer service. Very dissatisfied. Bill French
I purchased an electric bike on marketplace and thought that it broke when I came down to Punta Gorda this month. Went to Pedelec to see if I had bad wiring, or needed a new battery. Met a wonderful lady (lisa) and she sent Jim their mechanic out to do an assessment on my bike. She didn't want to have to charge me a diagnostic fee if it was something simple. Sure enough, I did not know there was a button to press to engage the bike. Jim gave me some great tips, loaded my bike up and sent me on my way! Honest, kind, likeable ... read more
