Pedelec is the best place to find a bike that fits your needs! When looking for my bike I visited a few stores and then was directed to Pedelec, what a score. All who work here are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and very patient. They all took the time to answer any and every question, showed me several options, let me test ride different brands, and allowed me time to make my choice, never pressured me, but reminded me that I needed to choose what was right for me and felt good to me. I stopped here last Saturday looking for a e assist trike. Lisa Marie was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and offered me a test ride. Jimmy took out one for me to test explained everything for me. I left feeling completely confident I had made the right decision stopping here. I returned on Monday and was able to buy my trike and had it delivered that day. Best decision ever. I’ve put over 20 miles on it this week and I can safely say you can’t go wrong buying your next bike, trike or scooter here.
The customer service at Pedelec SQB is superior to most other retail establishments. I was looking for a replacement side stand for my e-bike. It is not a brand sold here. I could not find the part searching the internet. After spending considerable time helping me, they found a part in their scrap parts which was exactly what I needed!
Purchased a quality hitch rack for my two ebikes from Pedelec Electric Bicycles. I had considered ordering online and assemble it myself, but for the same price, it was assembled, installed to my car, and I was given a quick lesson on using the rack.
