Jordan is awesome - TOTALLY customer focused! We took quite a while to make our purchase decision and Jordan didn't rush us at all. He went on rides with us, teaching us what we needed to know about the bikes that he sells. Very approachable and low keyed - no pressure whatsoever. Went above and beyond in accommodating our needs.
