Was only here while waiting for a bus, but very friendly staff and I learned a lot.
Great experience buying our first e-bikes!
You really get what you pay for and pedego is the best! Just moved and stopped by this new location to discuss an issue with my bike and see if I could drop it off. The owner was amazing! He picked it up from our house give it a fine tune-up called the other store to see what warranties the bike was under had it tuned up and writing like brand new and delivered back home within a day. Couldn't say enough great things about this bike and this location!
My husband and I rented ebikes from Pedego just to get outside and enjoy the nice weather we had— we had such a blast! The experience was wonderful from start to finish! The sign up process was super easy, we were on our way with bikes within 15 minutes of arriving. The bikes were great and super easy to use, we had so much fun!! We’ll definitely be back with friends and family to rent again soon!
2023 update-The fun and the quality service has not stopped! The new mechanic Chris and McKenzi are simply outstanding. Kind, professional and timely. Bikes are a screaming deal right now so don't think, just buy. You won't be sorry. 2021-More fun than the first time you learned how to ride a bike! As good or better warranty (on bikes) than most new cars. Better customer service than my Mercedes dealership. Knowledgeable and honest employees.
