The Pedigo San Ramon CA shop owner (Jim) is just fabulous. We rented two bikes to take on a 64-mile round trip ride along the American River Parkway, and he upgraded the batteries for us for no extra charge to make sure The batteries would last. We finished the ride with plenty to spare and the bikes were fabulous. Overall pedego makes great bikes and San Ramon store had fantastic service !!
You have to check this place out if you like biking or even just need to lift your spirits from a chat with Jim! He knows everything there is to know about bikes and has the best expertise for anything! The electric bikes are the best quality for the best price too and felt great knowing we were in good hands even after the purchase!
