Rented 3 e-bikes from Pedego (first time on an e-bike) and was super impressed with the whole process. The staff took time to explain everything and provided us great directions for the local trails. If you want a wonderful rental experience - go see the team at Pedego Redding. They are good people.
There is not good enough good words to describe these people my family and I recently bought bikes from these guys and they made sure from start to finish that our bikes were exactly what we wanted, any and I mean ANY issues these guys have jumped to get them fixed these guys are amazing 10/10 I would and frankly have been recommending them to everyone
Me and the wife (we are much different in height and weight) rented 2 bikes from here. They asked about our heights on the phone and our bikes were adjusted perfectly for us when we arrived. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us pointers and made sure we were safe, they even said if we have any issues, call them and they'll come to us and help. Jasper and his team are absolutely amazing. I purchased a consigned bike from them, ultimately due to no fault of the dealer my bike ended up having some issues. Jasper worked tirelessly to get the problem resolved for me I am beyond grateful to Jasper and his diligence navigating the corporate Pedego world for me. Top notch dealer. As for the bikes, they are so much fun to ride. Easy to manage and maneuver. The Sacramento River Trail in Redding is breathtaking. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
