I'm sorry, but it's strange to me how these are the most expensive bikes I've ever purchased and yet you can never get services completed in a timely manner. They are closed two days a week. It seems only two people even work in the shop. And then when you call for repair/maintenance estimates, they tell you loosely, "you'll have to drop it off" and not provide a pick-up time. We made a reservation and got a call that they didn't have anybody available for our tour and would cancel it and refund our credit card $160 They did not do so. I called again And they apologized and said they would refund the money Immediately. Still No refund. I then left multiple messages and have had no call back. They will take your money and not refund it even when the service is not provided. I gave them one last chance. If they do not refund my card I will have to hit my credit card company next. Deciding to switch to e-bikes and having multiple brands, models and stores to choose from, my wife and I were lucky to eventually find and work with both Chase and Alex at this location. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with us, both of these guys took the time to answer all our questions and help us find the perfect bike for our needs. Before you make any final decisions, stop by and speak with either of these two professionals. They know their business and really care about you making the right decision.
Thank you for an amazing two hour ride around the city. We had no idea Portland was such a great city for biking. Definitely recommend renting from Pedego in Portland.
