I’ve been looking for a new e-bike for Christmas. Chase helped answer all of my questions. Great customer service and it’s nice how you can rent a bike before purchase. Only downside is the area around the shop doesn’t have good parking on weekdays.
I’m going to give this company a good review just based on the acceptance of culture I seen in the video. If im ever able to purchase a nice bike like what they sale I will for sure go here..
If you’re looking for a masterclass in how NOT to run a business, congratulations — you’ve found it. My friend had a reservation for 10:00 AM. I wasn’t even the person renting the bike, I was just there to meet them. Simple, right? Apparently not for this place. Super fantastic, booked a bike for a Saturday ride only to be waiting for over an hour and no one has showed up to open the shop. Wouldn’t spend my money here again ever at this business as they had no respect for my time.
