I'm sorry, but it's strange to me how these are the most expensive bikes I've ever purchased and yet you can never get services completed in a timely manner. They are closed two days a week. It seems only two people even work in the shop. And then when you call for repair/maintenance estimates, they tell you loosely, "you'll have to drop it off" and not provide a pick-up time. We made a reservation and got a call that they didn't have anybody available for our tour and would cancel it and refund our credit card $160 They did not do so. I called again And they apologized and said they would refund the money Immediately. Still No refund. I then left multiple messages and have had no call back. They will take your money and not refund it even when the service is not provided. I gave them one last chance. If they do not refund my card I will have to hit my credit card company next.
