Today I rode my E-bike 30 minutes (5 miles) in the hot heat to have a scheduled tune up done. Only to be told upon arrival it can’t be done. Now common courtesy should have been to call me and say “unfortunately your bike can’t be done today, let’s reschedule”, but no he had an “oh well not my problem” attitude. Then would not give me a number to speak to a hire up. To reschedule, the next appt is on the 28. Had an uncomfortable experience here today. I’m building my own ebike and came to look at accessories while waiting out the rain. When the guy at the counter asked what I was looking for I told him that I was just looking but I was curious if they sold motors. He immediately went on a rant about building e-bikes, how yall won’t service them, put them together, how it’s hard to find parts, etc. and tried to push me towards one of their more expensive bikes. The staff is extremely nice, but it took some effort to get my bike ordered. Staff did well when it came to making adjustments to and providing the time to test the e-bike. They also helped when loading the bike into my truck. Very accommodating. However, communication between staff seems to be poor as each time I made contact, either in-person or over the phone, they behaved as though they hadn't heard of me nor had any record of my first two duplicate requests, nor any record of my request once I paid and came back for the... read more
