We purchased two Velotric folding bikes and two Sena helmets, the gentleman who helped us was extremely wonderful in his customer service skills, we are very happy to recommend this company for their great products and wonderful customer care/service to our family and friends
Great experience! Amy listened to us and raised great questions about our experience and the type of riding my wife and I would undertake. She then spent time educating us on the various brands and the features of their e-bikes and recommended ones to test ride. We test rode them and were very comfortable with her recommendations. In short, we were very pleased with the experience and have new e-bikes and associated equipment and are glad to recommend E-Bike Alley.
My wife and had been researching e-bikes for about a year when we found E-Bike Alley. When we visited the store, we were greeted almost immediately upon walking in. Alex, Eddie and Scott each answered our (many) questions with patients and understanding and helped us pull out different bikes to look at and try. They also offered to let us test ride any of the bikes to insure we were comfortable riding them.
