Amy and Rich helped us this morning. A full 7 hours later we returned the bikes after having a fantastic day. Covered lots of ground, stopped at a brewery and the battleship. Could not of had a better day. Bikes worked perfectly and were easy to ride as first time riders.
The Ebike Alley staff have outdone themselves! I purchased a bike from them after extensive research. They answered all my questions and recommended a suitable bike. I have had the bike for four months and am now leaving the country. I am so impressed with my bike that I am taking it home with me, we have had some adventures, so now it is time to make some more in Australia. Ebike Alley have gone out of their way to assist me in getting it ready for transport. Can't recommend them enough!
