Great customer service and available products.
Three friends and myself rented E-Bikes from here on Sunday 9/7. Rental was very easy via the web, and the bikes were waiting a ready for us when we showed up. The staff was very helpful and the ride on the Elizabeth River Trail was very nice. We all had a great time. I would highly recommend this business.
We really had an incredible experience purchasing our Velotric Nomad 2 e-bikes from E-Bike Alley. As this was a decent sized financial purchase, we took our time in deciding what we wanted. Once the bikes we ordered came in, my wife changed her mind and found one she really loved on the floor that had just arrived earlier. Both Scott and Eddie were extremely helpful, as well as patient.
