My hubby Tony recently took my daughter's ebike into this amazing place. It was recommended to us from another bike shop in Va Beach. The owner stated they don't work on ebikes but recommended this company. Anyway, we get the bike fixed and return it to the house. Just got a urtopia e bike for Christmas, love it!!! E-bike Alley were very helpful with finding me the right bike, friendly, professional and would recommend. Can't wait to put some miles on it!

Great shop, you may have a hard time deciding what kind of eBike you want, but Iam thankful for Eddie running through the all the bikes(some more than once) other nice guy in the back working on a bike(Scott). Amy the owner super nice, super friendly. Also that bathroom there should be voted the nicest and best smelling bathroom ever!!
