Even though I purchased my Segway Xyber from another retailer, they treated me like I was one of their own customers from day one. Tracy and Terry are the absolute best! Always incredible service and truly are looking to fit the customer w the best bike for their needs. One of the few businesses around nowadays who puts the customer first. Also little Riley always wandering around the store is the cutest!
Possibly the best bike shop I've been to in the last 20 years
We had such a wonderful experience here that I felt like I had to leave a review. We brought our e-bikes in after my husband’s handlebars became loose during our ride, and we also realized the child seat on one of our bikes had lost a few screws. Even though we didn’t purchase our bikes from this shop, Carley immediately welcomed us with a smile and kindly offered us the tools we needed so we could safely get back on the road.
