We brought my son’s e-bike to Terry as he was having trouble breaking. Terry was super knowledgeable and not only fixed the issue same day but gave us a mini education about breaks so we are better able to understand signs and needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
My OneWheel GT had a flat tire, so went in to get the tire out on a Friday. The Repair Tech said that the job most likely would be completed by Sunday. What do you know.... They had that thing ready for me same day (Friday). Knocked it out of the park for me with regards to service quality, price, and laid-back vibes in the store. Owners of the store are approachable and really care about their customers. They're also really into personal electric powered vehivkes/crafts. Thanks for getting me back on my wheel.
