09/28/2025. One of the nicest business owners you will ever meet. He wanted to take the weekend off so waited for us day before arrival and let us keep the bike for the weekend. Bikes were terrific. Micheal gave all 6 of us a great tutorial. Highly recommended.

What amazing customer service! We bought a Pedego Element Platinum in Dallas and promptly put it on the bike rack and brought it up to Jackson, hoping to break it in on some beautiful mountain trails. Unfortunately, as soon as we took the bike off the rack, the front wheel fell off. The nut, and a few other parts,had come loose and were long gone.
