This is a bike shop and I couldn’t find anyone to repair my E scooter and they took it in and said I like a challenge. Amazing work they did for me with in 3 days and my scooter was messed up with a tire that couldn’t hold air, busted brake line, and no pads on the brakes and now it’s been a week with no problems or complaints. Price was fair because it’s something that they don’t work on at all but the help that I received really made me smile every time I’m on my E scooter doing 70mph. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!
So I searched this company after reading their multiple positive reviews. I decided to stop into their store. I am very happy that I did. Let me make clear that I don't even have a Pedego Ebike. I have an Eahora and I was having issues with my braking system. I spoke with Chris. Chris is an extremely personable and knowledgeable Ebike mechanic. Brought in my Wired bike here for a headset upgrade, the staff was awesome for it being an off brand bike. They did a good amount of research and got in touch with the manufacturer to be sure of the installation and got it back to me fast. Clean work no scratches ++work, thanks guys.
