Took my bike here after having a poor experience at another Pedago store (where the guy spent 20 minutes telling us all the reasons what might be wrong was basically because I don’t know how to ride a bike and there was “only so much he could do”. All before even looking at the bike 🤨). And then whatever he did to the bike didn’t solve the problem - again. This was our second time there for the same problem. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! We were able to try several bike, and seat options. Making easy to make a confident decision on which bike was best for us. We're excited to hit the road on our brand new Pedego!
