My father took his electric scooter wheel in to get a new tire put on the rim and he gets a call 5 days later..with the owner stating he couldn’t get the tire back on and that he shattered his rim and told my father to come pick it up!! This is freakin outrageous!! This idiot didn’t offer to pay a dime to replace his rim that he shattered. I figured I would elaborate on my previous 1 star review, seeing as how the owner needed additional information to understand the one star, in reality one star too many. I’m honestly shocked by the way the owner of this shop treated my mother-in-law and her grandchildren. The interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful.
