Very rude and bad attitude
Best shop in area by far, Not only did they fix my Lectric cargo bikes many problems including a back tire blowout but they took it further and fixed things I forgot to ask them to, like rewire my front light, and they replaced my side mirror both for free and without me mentioning it. Prices are about same as anywhere else, definitely beats Global Bikes that's for sure, so do yourself a favor and go here u won't regret it. Keith was amazing. He helped us choose the perfect bikes for us then expedited our order, assembly and customizations to accommodate our travel schedule. We have ridden the bikes multiple times now on our cross country travels and they are great! Can’t recommend Pedego Gilbert enough.
Keith helped me out with a battery problem on my wife's e-bike. He was able to show me how to easily get the battery out of sleep mode. I found him to be very honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He even mixed in a little humor. I ended up buying an e-bike for myself as well ... and I'm having a blast! Definitely a fun toy for those of us that are chronologically challenged .... but not yet ready to be locked away! :)
