Leo, the guy who works on the bikes, is awesome and so helpful for anything you need.
We recently purchased with Pedego and I'm very unhappy. We have had issues with the bike since the day we bought it. Nothing is being done about it. Alot of back and forth. If I could go back I would not have purchased here and went somewhere else.
Shop somewhere else, Pedego brand, is not worth the price tag.
Pedego brand is not worth the price. Spent close to $8000.00 on three E-bikes for our family, and have been really disappointed . Battery's are getting barely a third of the range we were told(even paid extra for "longer range" ). Costco has better E-Bikes, that do have better battery life, and better quality all around. Please, take this review seriously, purchase somewhere else. Really disappointed.
