Mark & Tracy are great folks who know their product line well. Very patient with indecisive folks like me! I bought an orange Element. Mark set it up with a comfort seat, fenders, rack, light, rack bag and lock. I love this thing! I put 10 miles on it the first day! Thank you Mark & Tracy!

After suffering a broken leg recently, Stopped in to Pedego Billings thinking that an e-bike might help with my rehab. After visiting with Mark for a few minutes he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very patient and thorough. Went back a few days later and purchased my Comfort Cruiser. Can't wait to heal up enough to start riding! Highly recommend Mark and the crew at Pedego Billings!
My husband and I had a great experience with the pedego shop in Billings Mt. The whole family is so nice and helpful, Mark, Tracy, and Bailey. They answer all questions in great depth. My husband had a problem with his bike and Mark is so nice getting it fixed quickly. Highly recommend!
