We stopped to shop. We knew we were ready but had no intentions of pulling the trigger. Mark greeted us and was patient with all our questions. Extremely patient :). We were offered trial ride after he helped us narrow our choices. The ride was successful and the rest became history. We bought because of Mark. Never mind his offer of his phone number and call anytime with questions or the offered service after the sale. We trust him. This is a family owned business that we'll continue to do business with. On a road trip and stopped over in Billings for a few days on my way to Maine. I decided the drive across country was making me chubby and lazy so the answer was to get a bicycle . I went into four shops before I ended up at Padego. This is a family run store, super friendly, and the customer service was amazing. Mark & Tracy are great folks who know their product line well. Very patient with indecisive folks like me! I bought an orange Element. Mark set it up with a comfort seat, fenders, rack, light, rack bag and lock. I love this thing! I put 10 miles on it the first day! Thank you Mark & Tracy!
