Clean shop. Many models to select from. Friendly staff, explained patiently and answered all question. Professional.
The bike I tested was fine but I couldn’t wait to get away from the store. Dave was curt, condescending, and contradictory. He was knowledgeable and not a pushy salesperson but made me feel like I didn’t want to spend $3000 with him.
Customer service, ebike test, ans general experience of visiting this shop was inspiring! I was nervous to test an electric bike as a new comer to the ebike space, but now feel supported to be able to start my ebike journey! Highly recommended
