RecommendedMy Husband and I did a little shopping at the Village on Saturday October 26, 2019. We decided to have lunch at Hart 's Tavern. The food and service were very good (our waitress was Joanne) When we were ready to leave she came to the table and told us that our bill had been paid by Fred (waiter/bartender). He did this because my husband was wearing a Vietnam veteran's cap. Joanne told us that Fred does this often for veterans. We used to love Peddler's Village but had a very bad experience yesterday. There were so many people smoking and vaping. The smell was awful and it's not healthy for all of the little kids. Smoking and vaping should be banned on the grounds. We know too much not to do better!
