I would like to thank Blair and the team at Pedders Rockhampton for the help they gave me at short notice to get me on my way again.. I was travelling through Rocky, from Hobart, and I had a suspension problem. I called in, first thing in the morning and they quickly rectified the problem for me, even though they were very busy. My issue with tow vehicle and caravan , after many weight done and checked no better The advice I got and help from Blair was fantastic And well appreciated Thank you
Travelling up the Qld coast from NSW. Needed changes made to our WDH on the tow vehicle and from the very first phone contact, Blair and his staff were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to the point where he waited after closing hours to make another adjustment to allow us to continue our trip the next morning. Above and beyond.
