I would like to thank Blair and the team at Pedders Rockhampton for the help they gave me at short notice to get me on my way again.. I was travelling through Rocky, from Hobart, and I had a suspension problem. I called in, first thing in the morning and they quickly rectified the problem for me, even though they were very busy. Travelling up the Qld coast from NSW. Needed changes made to our WDH on the tow vehicle and from the very first phone contact, Blair and his staff were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to the point where he waited after closing hours to make another adjustment to allow us to continue our trip the next morning. Above and beyond.
A huge thankyou to the team and Pedders Rockhampton, firstly for fitting us in at the last minute (when they were so busy with all the last minute Rocky Nat vehicle requirements). Great job and very friendly staff - really appreciate your customer service.
