Excellent service from the team at Pedders Prospect. Fitted my landcruiser in at short notice to handle a warranty job on a failed rear shock absorber. Carried out a full inspection on the rest of the vehicle and gave written report and recommendations on some minor non urgent repairs. Thanks for your assistance and attention to detail. Had a clunk on a near new vehicle. Pedders inspected it and managed to find basically every bush and the steering rack faulty. Quoted $7500 in repairs. Had a look myself, tightened up a loose lower control arm bolt and problem solved. Absolute waste of time and money. Complete scam
Rick and his team at Prospect branch inherited a job from Salisbury due to change of management. We had some upgrades on the front end on my wife's hyundai veloster but we still had vibration an loose steering. Rick deducted in the end it was a $30 part called a steering coupler a small star shaped grommet that was the issue. Its a common fault with most Hyundai cars.
