Where to begin!? After spending a fair bit on getting new shocks, rotors and brakes our car was written off just a short time after getting it all done, due to someone smashing into it. We got a replacement car but it's wheel bearings were done. Ashton and Mark have been so amazing and empathised with our situation. Very disappointed with the $670 labour charge just to inspect the front control arm where Mycar would just do it for $160 I was told the subframe had to be removed for the inspection. However, I personally replaced the control arm before, and the subframe did not need to be removed—only the lower engine mount needed to be removed for access. Excellent service from the guys at Prospect. Mark very patient with my questions. Prompt with all notifications. Had suspension and arms replaced, came in less than the amount quoted. Very impressed.
