A few weeks ago we contacted several companies to fit a towbar to our Ford Focus Station Wagon & accepted the Pedders Maroochydore quote & paid our deposit to fit a Hayman Reese bar. The product HR shipped in fact did not fit. Cameron at Pedders moved mountains to try & address the problem despite HR either not communicating or when they did blaming everyone else.
