Took my Suzuki in with suspension issues, Roger and the team thoroughly checked my car and fixed any problems that were found. Very honest, thorough and genuinely committed to delivering great service. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
I was recommended to Roger by the guys at Bob Jane & I was not let down! From the first phone call I could tell that these guys were genuine & definitely knew their stuff. 5 star service & top shelf quality of work. I appreciated all the information they shared with me & updates along the way. They even removed all 5 tyres & sent them across the road for new rubbers - not too many businesses would do that! Had a great experience at Pedders Maribyrnong. Old Landcruiser had some clunking when steering, and the suspension was tired. Felt like I got the best advice from the team, who took the time and effort to get the car up and running again within the budget I'd set. The car sits more level and balanced, and has lost its squeaking and clunking. Thanks a heap. Will be back for sure.
Very honest, originally went for a suspension check and found issues with my suspension. I asked if they could fix same day and they did. Very happy, workman ship covered with reasonable warranty. Will be back in the future...
What a waste of time! Worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed! Went in on the 26th of Nov just getting around to writing the review. Did the $28 inspection and it took about 2 hours, being the biggest name in the industry I thought that was very reasonable. Received the quote via email but not a phone call to tell me it was done… I had to follow them up and find out, over the phone (before I picked up the car) I discussed with the manager getting me a quote, he said he will send in 30 mins and I would leave my ... read more
