Dropped our work hilux in for a wheel bearing on Monday The guys were very helpful and got it done the same day so we could get back on the road. Many thanks to Ian and the team
Don’t know how these guys have any negative reviews. Our experience was excellent. Gemma dealt with my wife initially and on Friday welcomed us into the shop. The work was discussed and completed with no problems. I saw an older guy when leaving, he was very helpful and rebooked us for the work required to cure our fault.
Spoke to Lonsdale regarding a brake issue with my vehicle. Found the staff to be helpful and honest. Got me in straight away. All fixed with no fuss.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all I think they need some new training ain customer service. I seriously don't know how you guys have any 5 star reviews
Had issues with my brakes for a few years,had mechanics fix it but no avail took it to peddlers Lonsdale and they fixed the problem straight away..so happy with the result.
