I have a twenty year old Mercedes Sprinter tray truck which requires front shock absorbers. Mercedes don't supply after market for that model. I rang David at Lilydale Peders on Monday but he didn't have any in stock. He informed me that he would check other sites. David rang me yesterday to say the had sourced the parts and they were coming in. He just rand me (Thursday) to say they arrived and I will collect them this afternoon. David is not just helpful, he went over and above what I expected. He is a credit to Peders.
Had new rear springs fitted on Sante Fe great service and very fair pricing. Thanks very much.
Wasted my 2 hour waiting on site, arrived earlier than the given time, even after 2 hour of waiting my car was still parked outside, nobody had a look onto it, no communication. Worst customer service. At last I ask for my car keys back and left.
