Had Pedders Keswick do their $28 safety check on my 2011 FG Falcon ute just before Christmas. The vehicle has done 400,000km and the only issue they picked up was the hand brake needing adjustment... when i went to adjust the handbrake a day later i found a severe oil leak from the left rear axle which had contaminated the brake pads...yet this wasn't picked up on the inspection... and i very much doubt the original rear shock absorbers would still be okay...
