Very disappointed with the service from Pedders Suspension at Granville and Mascot. I took my car in because of a clicking noise from the steering. Granville told me the caster arms were the issue and quoted $1200. My mechanic replaced them for $600, but the noise was still there. Then Mascot checked the car and said the lower arms were the problem, again quoting around $1200. I replaced those too through my mechanic for another $600, and still no fix. I called pedders at granville with no pre organising booking at 7.30 in the morning and the were able to accomadate me and get the job done on the day. I had a suspention upgrade on my triton ute. My car has never driven so well I wish i had done this a long time ago. The staff are amazing to deal,very helpfull,noligable with and very professional with plenty of time to explain everything to detail . They take pride in there work and i would high reccommend them.

This place was highly recommended to me to remove ‘squeaky’ noises in my Audi A4. Dropped it off today, mechanic informed they may not be able fix the problem but would look into it and change the shock absorbers on the car, $1500. We agreed to the service but are very disappointed they were not able pinpoint the reason for the squeaks. Car still sounds the same, still squeaking when we turn corners, how do I even know the shock absorbers even needed changing or in fact they have been changed?
