Every time we take our car to pedders we’re going back several times again for things to be done properly We also have tan leather seats This morning I wiped them and found there was grease which means they don’t use car seat covers !
This must be the most awesome service experience I have ever received. Not ONLY did they allow for my constant phone calls to check if they could ft me in , but then they reassured me,, and when I did get a time slot,, it was fixed with clear and precise explanation as to cause and future considerations should it happen again. As a woman driving a large van this is not the consideration I have always experienced. So to Simon and all the team I can’t thank you enough. What can I say.... I phoned up Pedders (Frankston) and spoke to Joel.. I asked if they could fit my Bilstien Suspension kit that I bought for my F150. Joel said no problem. I dropped my car off this morning, and picked up this afternoon and dealt with Simon. These guys know their stuff. Not only that, they did an amazing job meeting my requirements.
