Pedders exceeded my expectations at Bundaberg . They set my Sahara up to tow my caravan safely. They were on to a few issues with my vehicle. They called and we said go ahead. I was really impressed. Thank you to the Manager and the suspension technicians. BTW ... no Bull ...
Went to Pedders Suspension & Brakes in Bundaberg to book my 2010 HSV GTS SEDAN in for wheel alignment and general suspension check meet Darren at front counter told him what I was here for. He contacted me on the phone any gave me what they had found aswell as a quote to do all what was needed to fix suspension problems. The guys at Pedders Bundaberg were incredible. My partner and I are from Sydney and we went to multiple mechanics for months who were all unable to identify and fix our Nissan Patrols issue. They not only identified the issue quickly, but gave us an extensive list of everything that needs repairing, what will need repairing soon, and recommendations for future. I have used Pedders Bundaberg for a long time now. They have always been professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. All work is explained precisely in an easy to understand manner and I have never left feeling unhappy. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere else in Bundaberg. Had an Isuzu Dmax GVM upgrade with new control arms and airbags Darryn and Ashton were great to deal with and their advice was excellent. Decided to add some other parts that needed work and everything was in stock and the job was done on time. Enjoyed the use of the courtesy car overnight Top place to deal with and a great job all round
