Daniel and the team are great! They fixed the suspensions on my car that kept hitting the road from the slightest bumps. I had bought it from a dealership who sold it to me in that state, I was worried it was never gonna be resolved until I came across pedders, it now drives amazing and thanks to these guys we are able to go on long trips without any issues. Life savers!

It's a shame you can't leave negative stars here, in fact, you can't even leave 0 stars, because Pedders Suspension & Brakes Belconnen does not deserve a single star for their non-existent customer service. I booked a standard check over the phone and was told they will be needing the car for around 3-4 hours. Based on this information I picked a day from their available timeslots. Took my old Forester (2000 model) in for an assessment of suspension repairs and replacement, expecting a quote and a date to come back when Pedders could do the job. Within a couple of hours they rang me with the quote, and said that they could do the job there and then. Drove it away later the same day with new shocks and a much smoother ride. Great job, prompt service, very happy.
I took my car to them to fix a squeak from the suspension they didnt fix it so took it back the second time and it still hasnt been fixed I took it the third time with the squeak coming from the right side and came out with the squeak coming from the left side now, Im highly sure that instead of them actually repairing the car like they said they swapped the struts out to try and avoid the problem, Paid for a new part that never went in paid for a service that never happened.
