Unconscionable negligence!! On the 2.12.22 we put our vehicle in for new springs with pedders Heidelberg in readiness for our family driving holiday to Qld in our caravan. Fully loaded with adults and kids, a 16ft van and all the gear, we noticed a new sound coming from the rear wheels on the freeway. It was worrying enough for us to unhook the van and take the car to a tyre place for a checkover. BOTH REAR WHEELS HAD SEVERELY LOOSE WHEEL NUTS.
