Stunning lodge - we loved our stay! The rooms were very good. Food very enjoyable and the staff were awesome!
we stayed here for a night recently. Its a long drive out to the end of the road, and then back. The dam and various sights were really worthwhile. But we needed somewhere to stay. The lodge surprised and exceeded our expectations. Tourists are generally seen as prey (me thinks, sometimes), but over our 2 weeks in Tassie, this was one of the better value offerings. Great location. Reasonable prices. Good restaurant. Good service.
We stayed here on our way to Gordon Dam and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredible — super kind and welcoming, and special thanks to the manager for being so helpful and friendly to us! We won’t forget you🫶 The restaurant is also amazing, with a cozy fireplace and great food — the perfect spot to relax after a long day. And the view over the lake is just stunning!
