We had a two year case with matt toth and when it came to the deposition the attorney had us practice on the way to the deposition in his truck about 15 minutes say it was not important anyway. We were told the deposition was not important and in the long run the the the deposition cost of the case. My roommate told me his attorney not only had to watch a film for deposition but also practice twice. I feel the attorney gave up on us and just wanted to give up on our case.
