Called them 1000 times from the past 2 days. Such irresponsible people. Dont know how are they functioning
This company is unbelievable! I have a whole month going back & forth refiling paperwork, asking for more signatures, they don’t say everything at once they have been knit picking & when they get back to you it takes 48-72 hours for a response to the on site office. If a process can take 1-2 weeks why delay it a month. I’m on the verge to be homeless due to me waiting & the people who have been letting me crash until I get a place are already fed up. I wish IHCDA would review companies that advertise "affordable housing" and low-income housing regularly, especially if they're recieving state investments or tax credits. The Greed is real. It's bait and switch, and there is no real intergrity or accountabilty, RIGHT NOW, for "affordable housing" firms, that prey on low income and the desperate. I have been out of my Apartment since March 14th due to a flood from a broken sprinkler and I have no answers when my apartment will be ready and I have two children. I have to continue to call the property manager for her to do her job. She does not ask questions that’s doing the job on repairing the apartment.
