If your looking for a good spin class that is challenging don’t hesitate and take Jennifer K’s Friday spin at 9am... best morning workout you can have, and her music selection is bomb. Also don’t forget the pre-workout and water you will need it.

I love this place for the reformer pilates classes. Jennifer is great if you want a fast-paced and cardio and core workout. She also gives individual attention to posture and gives you modifications for injury or if you want more of a challenge. Her class is high energy and she is very attentive to her participants. Kristen does a good job on full body workout. Ally's class is the worst, its too easy and she doesn't pay much attention to your posture etc. She is busy chatting with friends in the class which is distracting.

I loved the instructors, but as another reviewer stated, be careful. If they have your credit card information on file, they charge $25 for missed class even though you have prepaid for the class you've missed.
