Great mix of classes. More class times to be added in the next few weeks. Convenient location with ample street parking. Highly recommend the Morning Grind classes. Towel service included. Update: The vibe and lighting in the new studio setup is fantastic and the newly installed Carbon Blue Schwinn bikes provide a smooth pedaling experience. The new bikes come with cadence/tempo meters to enhance your workout. Update 2025: Studio looks to be closed.
If you are at the beginner level for spin classes this might be a good place for you. But if you are looking for a higher end more advanced level and intense spin studio this might not be the best atmosphere for that.
