All the staff are great! Zack, jakob and ethan are so kind and patient with the kids.
My daughter loves doing swim lessons at Pedalheads! We frequent the Greentree Village location as the instructors and supervisors are fantastic. This set, her instructor was Evelyn. After each lesson, she would go over things we could work on and how to improve. We found her kind, patient, motivating and very willing to help us meet our swim goals. We look forward to our next set of lesson!

Very friendly and patient staff; all the stars are given to the people but not the place. The chosen location is way too small and cramped, making changing/showering time so uncomfortable and near hazardous. I mean is the building (which is just a tiny neighborhood strata pool that's loaned to the company, no more than 15m long) licensed/insured to hold nearly 100 people in the building at the same time?
