One of the best bike shop. Attention to details are amazing. Marty and Kimbell are very good in diagnosing issues with our bikes, and particularly precision in SRAM group set. I highly recommend Pedal Heads Albion if you want a 5 stars service.
Shaun helped us out of a tight spot today when we’d cycled over for pastries next door - & discovered a completely flat back tyre on our daughter’s e-bike. Fortuitously, he was a Specialized dealer and had it all fixed with a new tube in under 30mins. Fabulous friendly service and my husband was very impressed by the range of bikes in their shop - some really good deals going. I’m sure their new venture in Albion will be a success with such great customer service.
