Always take care of me when I mess up
Usually inclined to right reviews when service is bad, in this case it’s the exact opposite. I stopped in to inquire about shipping my bike back to the east coast. John told me the website to go to handle shipping, I believe it was bike flights. He let me know exactly what to do, gave me specs I would need and weight of bike. Told me once I had info he would take care of shipping my bike out. I only had to email to see if he received labels. My bike is on the way. I am tracking progress.
