Wonderfully helpful. I have an awesome bike now and love riding every chance I get. They treat even the most amateur bike rider, such as myself, with respect by anwsering questions thoroughly. You can tell they love what they do. Support your local bike shop next time you are thinking of a new ride!
My first review, but I just had to....what a great experience. Ted was fantastic! He was very patient and taught me all about my bike (pedal options, shifting, tire tubes, etc.) I've never received better customer service anywhere in my life! I can't recommend this shop highly enough and will be a customer as long I can ride!

Extremely friendly and they will explain your bike's problem to the level of detail that YOU are comfortable with. My bikes always shift on demand silently when I get them back from pedal pushers-signs they are tuned with exactitude. I was so happy with my last service that I bought some extra gear just to put some extra bucks in their till.
