After having my perfectly working bike for 2 weeks for a tune up, it came back worse than when I brought it in. We brought it back and the owner did some tweaking. We tested the bike when we got home and the new issues still exist. I called and spoke with Devin and expressed my frustration and said we would like a refund for our $80 tuneup. He said being the bike back AGAIN (a third time) and I advised I did NOT want to bring the bike back AGAIN. We simply want a refund and the bike is going to another shop. i may be special but i appreciate the same day service...no one wants to leave theyre bike. so call ahead, have a plan for what u need done, and come in have a seat at the bar and u may leave with your bike and not a slip.......thanx devon and Steve. you keep me pedalin.....
I ride all winter and come spring, I'm embarrassed to drop my bike off - the grime & grease, the sand & salt, the rust... The bike I pick up after a tune-up looks brand new. Service above and beyond! Thank you!

I am writing as another Papa Wheelies convert Pedal Power rebuilt my whole front end after the old fork broke off. The replaced the fork with a shock, replaced the old wheel, and changed out the brakes and bearings. They didn't try to up sell me, and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to get the work done. And they did it in a timely way, and within the my budget.
