Don’t recommend this shop, went here for a bike tray for my roof rack. The tray is almost 300 bucks. That’s a lot of monkey for a 16 year old, myself, to pay. I came into the shop about 2 weeks ago and was talking to the manager about it. I told him I would buy it. I went home and realized I didn’t have the $250 for the rack. I looked around on Facebook for about 2 weeks and found one for 50 bucks, I obviously bought it. Tyler. 1st, there's no good reason you didn't receive friendly service, and I'm sorry for that. These are busy times, and I suspect the employee was a bit bothered that he spent time with you. You took his advice, purchased elsewhere and then wanted more advice. I appreciate your need stay in a budget. Part of that $250 was to pay for a person who spent time with you. I've spent months in and out of various bike shops trying to figure out which bike was right for me. I kept coming back to Pedal Power to bug Justin each time and he and everyone in Berlin have been very helpful. Finally decided on a Stumpjumper and after a few good rides, absolutely love it and definitely will recommend Pedal Power to everyone.
My bike has never ridden better since Pedal Power has started servicing it. Thanks Ostap for all your help with the rear wheel!!
Thank you for the excellent customer service today - you were so helpful and knowledgeable. You really took the time to work with me and you answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I really appreciate all the help you gave me with getting my bike and trainer set up properly.
