Joe was able to schedule me in quickly, charged half the amount quoted by the larger bike shops, and did an incredible job! My commute is smoother and safer now, and he even found me a new seat to replace my torn-up one. He's knowledgeable, thorough, and has a truly impressive collection of spare parts and tools. Great experience all around!
