Cardio is usually not my thing, but once I came here I was hooked! 45 min on the bike flys by. Also love the classes that incorporate weights to tone your upper body... and the yoga studio that’s included next door is a huge plus! Sarah and Natasha’s classes always kick my butt! Highly recommend

I've had such a great experience here! The instructors are great and friendly, and when you sign up for the month of unlimited classes, that includes the yoga studio next door. On days that you work out either here or at Stretch, you get discounts at Frida's just 2 doors down! I hate cardio and this place makes it bearable, so I'm actually getting my butt in shape.

Great studio! An experienced staff who tailors the class directly to what the class needs and is more than willing to help riders of all levels. They have a water refill machine and towels as well as water bottles for those who don’t have. Feels very much like a neighborhood studio, where the staff knows your name!
