Ryan was incredibly great to work with! He worked with me for a couple hours, selecting and test riding different bikes. He answered all of my questions (of which there were many) and was patient through the whole process (I'm a newbie with high end bikes). Through the whole process, I never felt pressured, nor rushed. Top notch customer service! Would highly recommend!
