The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely seem excited about what they do. I never owned a bike before I bought one from Pedal last year and every staff member I've interacted with has been helpful in getting me the products/info I needed without being pushy or making me feel stupid for not knowing something. I love having this spot in my neighborhood <3
