Amazing store and great location in the middle of portage, was just there two separate times in the last week to fix a small tire on our son‘s bike, we went in the second time due to a brake issue from replacing the tire that was our issue. One of the main bike techs, Charlotte, was so nice and helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I give her five stars alone and the store is great. Great Products and great employees
