Big Nick was awesome in servicing my tubeless tire and recommending chain lube...and even helped me pick out socks. The young woman who checked me out was great too; she even helped me get my bike out to the car. I've been a downtown customer, but as I now live in Portage I shopped at the Romence store for the first time. It was an awesome experience. I love Pedal!
