I find it unbelievably disrespectful to waste someone else’s time and then to come and read the reviews and see it’s a pattern. This was my first time here and I wanted to like it; but it was a miserable experience and I won’t be back. No separation between adult and child waiting room except a few feet of open air. I take all of my kids. Have been going here for over 6 years now. No complaints.
Went into the office, (second time in a row this has happened) had to wait an hour and a half for service. After telling the front desk I was going to leave and go to another care center, I was taken in immediately. The service here is great, but the wait I experience here every time is extremely aggravating and wrong.
