All of the office staff is great. Really nice atmosphere at Pecos Vista. Tara, Karla, Dane & William have always treated us with kindness and respect.
my AC kept turning off due to water not draining and it happened before, but I was told to let maintenance know. The only thing I would change is getting kind of an explanation on what happened and to know if there was something that I could do to prevent it from happening again great job team
My move in was very easy, the apartment was clean and look brand new. so, thanks for a great experience moving in. I also had a small issue with my thermostat, and the maintenance team was on it FAST!!! I have lived in many apartments in my life, but this team seems to have it all together!!!!
These landlords are the best I ever had. I hear a lot of people talk bad about our apartment but let me clear things up, first of all the pigeon poop everywhere is beyond control for 2 people to clean by themselves. They do tend to them as fast as they can and try their best to get to them without you complaining.
