Everyone are just great
The entire staff at this office are so rude. No one knows how to smile or be courteous. Patricia Landreth NP is not the provider for me. The appointment started and she had zero courtesy, didn’t introduce herself just jumped straight into “so what’s going on?” She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and she was just trying to shove a medication that I wasn’t comfortable with at me and get me out the door. My husband was seen about 4weeks ago & was given prescriptions that his insurance won't cover we called back 3+ times which we were told they will send message to nurse/doctor and call us back which they never did. Now they said there's no notes and they are supposed call us back. No Thank you I'll just take him elsewhere.
Good doctor but the receptionist could be a little friendlier and at least acknowledge you by saying hi or something when you walk in.
