Dr. Harmston and Kristi McCool are excellent doctors, they have done numerous surgeries on me, I have not seen them in about 4-6 years at that time they had an awesome office staff. I called in 2016 and tried to see Dr. Harmston or Krisiti McCool and their new office staff was as rude as could be, apparently their rules have changed out there, even though I was Dr. Harmston's and Kristi McCool's patient 4-6 years ago, I need a referral to see them now, but I do not want to deal with a rude staf
